作为一名留学狗，天天看书看电脑，用眼时间长，眼镜度数也稳步上升… 想在美国配近视眼镜，还必需要有眼科医生开具的处方。刚去美国的时候每次要去医院都特别紧张，因为专业术语那个不会呀。

那么在美国医院验光，

需要准备什么呢，

怎么与眼科医生沟通呢？

验光处方分为两种，一种是只有框架眼镜度数的处方，第二种是包含框架眼镜和隐形眼镜两份度数的处方。

如果你有单独的视力保险，验光只需要5-15美元。没有保险的情况下，第一种处方基本在50刀左右，第二种基本在100刀左右，贵的也有到150+的。

了解到这些之后，你就可以找医生进行预约了（在校医院或者家附近的眼科医院），最好提前打电话哦，直接冲去诊所的话很容易白跑一趟。

D: Let’s do your eye test with your lens on and see how you do.

那我们先来做一个矫正视力的测试，来了解一下你的情况。

Look through this machine and look at the letters on the board in front of you. Can you read the last line? Which line is the lowest you can read?

透过这个机器看在你面前的黑板上的字母，你能看到最下面一排吗？你最多能看到哪一排？

D: I think your vision has gotten worse, so you will need to get a new prescription.

你的视力变差了，需要新的处方。

Can you take your lens off and we’ll start again and see what your new prescription is? Look at the eye chart, can you see the letters over here?

Use your hand to show which direction the E is pointing.

你能把眼镜取下来，我们做一个裸眼测试吗？看着视力表，你能看到哪排的字母？用手指出E的方向

What strength am I? What’s my prescription?

我眼睛度数是多少

It’s negative 2 in the left eye, and negative 4 in the right eye.

左眼近视两百度，右眼近视400度。
