It does not have a charger. It must be plugged to in.

Products purchased in the USA can only operate on 120 volts 60 Hz.  We do not recommend using any of our products on a converter, as this will damage the product beyond repair and void the warranty.  Sorry!

Can this item be used in China? I believe in the US the electronic is 110V and China uses 220V, thanks!

I'm a RN and he works for cooperate level Home Depot. He's passes me day by day and we hardly have anytime for us to sit down and talk our or stressors and how we handle it.With that in mind, we bought this awesome product just by chance on some site. Wow, I ordered it and I LOVE it, be careful you will feel so relaxed and  want to sleep. My otherhalf just watched me ejoy it and used it after a while, when I wasn't around he sneeked around me and used with. We both have time for chit chat now.

Absolutely a God's send

Every home should have one. Well built, easy to use and money well spent. I was initially hesitant from the picture but needed something to relieve my headache and neck tension. 5-10 minutes and I was revived.

Neck area is a bit narrow and stiff! yet for the price of $34 it a bargain and delivers a perfect shiatsu massage for any neck pain you may have.

I like the massager size and options for vibrate and heat but the massager inside knobs are too hard, pointed and hurt when used so I unzipped it and added soft clothes for cushion and now it works Great

It's to heavy

I bought two of these, one for my son and one for myself. I had used an older model that a friend loaned me and decided to buy this one since the older one is no longer on the web site. The massaging bumps on this model are much larger on the older model, and closer together, which hurts the users neck when using it. Too much of a good thing guys. Test your product before launching it!!!
