Good headphones for the price, with 1 criticism
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headphones are comfortable (adjustable headband, light-weight), and the sound quality is excellent. The price is good. My one criticism is that the on/off switch is located too near the -<< | >> + switch, so that the headphones can be accidentally switched off too easily.

Solid Bluetooth headphones.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Sony NWA-45 Walkman and the XB31 Bluetooth speaker right after Christmas and I needed a pair of Bluetooth headphones to complete the package. These are pretty good, nice sound without killing your ears, decent bass, and contrary to some of the reviews that I read connection was easy and fast. Even better, I hot them for only $39.99 thanks to Best Buy's price match policy, can't beat that!!! The only reason I don't give the ZX220BT's five stars is the inability to collapse the headset for more compact storage, but otherwise these are perfect!

Nice set of Bluetooth headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These work very well for my purposes of watching TV with headphones so others can sleep. I needed an inexpensive over the ear headphones as I also wear hearing aids. These sound fine. Certainly for the 39.00 sale price. However they are not very comfortable, though tolerable. They sync very easily to my DVD player that has Bluetooth and they hold a charge very well. The micro usb charger makes it very easy to charge. These are decent phones and good for the price if cost is a key factor and you want Bluetooth wireless, over the ear phones.

Outstanding value, great battery life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried many different wireless over the head headphones to complement my lighter headphones from over $200 models to this unit. Highly recommend you give this unit a try. It is the better value than more expensive headphones. First, the sound. There is little of the artificial base boost in these units although base is deep and rich. I found that the artificial base boost not only distorted music but created ear fatigue quickly. Frequency response for music from base lows, mids and high is good and uniform with no clipping, even at higher volumes. These units work for classical, pop, rock and spoken voice equally well. Build quality: the units are light and lack some of the more rigid structural reinforcement of higher end models on head band which makes them lighter. I found this an acceptable balance. Battery life: Unit lasts easily 8-10 hours on a single charge. Voice sync notification and other features work well.

One bad thing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is great. Bluetooth instantly connects to my tv. Battery lasts about 3 nights of late night viewing. When the battery is low it gives a warning and a couple minutes later, turns off. The bad thing is that you cannot use the head phones while charging. If it goes out in the middle of a program, I'm basically done for the night. My last headphones allowed viewing and listening while charging. So, I try to remember to charge after 2 nights.

Q: QuestionMy IPad Pro will not discover these headphones via Bluetooth. Are they compatible?
Asked by SisterD55.
- A:Answer You have to hold the power button for 7 seconds (until the headphones say, "pairing"). Then they should show up on your device as MDR-ZX220BT, if not then they are either defective or incompatible.

Q: QuestionAre there headphones that someone can use for the tv while I'm watching and listening to the tv?
Asked by Tim.
- A:Answer Well we finally hooked up the headphones that Best Buy said would work with our new Samsung TV. It was a lot easier than I thought. As a mater of fact the directions that came with the headphones (literally a joke) and the ones Sony emailed me we more confusing than just following the prompts on the TV screen. So, now my husband can listen to his football, and wrestling , and I can enjoy quiet. That is about the only pro to these headphones. They sit on your ears and don't cover them completely. (and no my husband doesn't have large ears) the cushions are smaller ones. So the sound quality sucks. It's tinney and has no bass. His previous headphones, Sony, had a great sound and fit over the ears, so they were good for noise canceling. But maybe the biggest con is, that I can not sit down with my husband and watch TV when he has the headphones on. The volume is either headphones or TV, not both. He is hard of hearing and most of the time he needs to put the headphones on so we don't have the volume blowing my ears out. SOOOOOO disappointing. So frustrating but, I have not given up yet. I do plan on contacting Sony to see if there is a way of setting these headphones so both can work at the same time . If not the headphones are going back.
