Not bad, I put 50lbs. on it because that is all the weight my knees can handle. Works OK for leg extensions and leg curls.

I do them without a problem from both the front with the back rest and pads under my elbows and also hanging leg raises- Hopefully in a year I will be able to report if it holds up to a lot of them as for now I only do 10 hanging ones with no shaking of the unit.

Works great for leg raises.  You can either use the ab station for leg raises, or for increased strength you can do leg raises with wide legs on the pull up bar.  The station appears to be sturdy enough for this.

Pretty good size! About 8 inches high, by 18 inches wide and about 5 feet long. The box weighed close to 100 lbs, too! I believe it said the shipping weight was 92.5 lbs! Hope that helps.

Came with all the parts. Fairly easy to put together. I did it by myself. Very sturdy,  doesn't wobble. So far so good. Only been using for a few days.

I recommend resistance bands if you are a beginner like me so you can use the pull up bar

Awesome product for $100

Many reviews that I read before I purchased this said that two people to assemble but I had no problem doing it by myself. The instructions were easy unlike another review I saw which said they were terrible. The only problem we see is that there's no adjustment for the arm length of the person using it. My wife has trouble because it's large but fits me fine.

Sturdy, well built, easy to assemble

I ordered this item to use in my personal training studio. physically, the item works well and feels pretty solid- no complaints on that end. I was able to set it up by myself in about 60 mins. On another note- the instructions were pretty poor. I decided to take tools from my house after looking the instructions over- they suggest to use two open end wrenches. I did this and when I got to tightening the bolts and nuts, it would have taken me at least 2 additional hours to tighten all of them with the open end wrenches. I had to go all the way home, get a socket set and tighten them in a matter of minutes. USE A SOCKET SET to tighten once all complete- not wrenches!!!

Had one before that my daughter took. Used it for 5 years. If you're dedicated and not into free weights, this is perfect. Would be nice if there were a lower bar for sit ups.

awesome workout station

Got this pull up tower for my 15yr old son for Christmas. He loved it and so does every one else. Fills sturdy when my 17 and 15 year old sons do pull ups and when I do knee up on the other side.  Seems like a jungle gym in the house, very motivational for me because I know I need to work out and seeing my boys exercise just makes me want to join in on the fun. Did my research and was the best deal ever. Heads up  never tighten screws until structure is completed.

It is strong and well made. It was easy to put together. The only thing I would say negative is that it felt like it was going to tip over when I would do pull-ups.  It never did tip over but it didn't feel rock solid.  I put my Bowflex adjustable dumbbells (about 52.5 lbs. for each one) on the legs when I did pull-ups and it was rock solid then.  It is a good buy for the price.
