THE SPACE
Open plan kitchen and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. There is a dining table for 6 plus seating at the bar. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the open living area and den where there is also comfortable seating and a 65" smart TV. This area leads to a large furnished balcony with lake views. The cozy den offers a desk, futon sofa, overhead fan and a smart TV.

BED & BATH
This spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6 (8 including small children) on all new upgraded pillow-top mattresses and good linens - plus a sofa bed in the den. All bedrooms have good size flatscreen TVs and overhead fans. The master suite has a super comfy king bed, vast en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and lake view. The guest wing includes a queen room and 3rd room with 2 double beds plus a full bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited for the new Epic Universal Park that is opening close by next year. However, the project does involve construction in this general area. If you are planning be at the parks or conventions this should not affect your stay but we want to be transparent. We have discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, you can also find it under the House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
