招募职位：网站分析师 - Web Analyst
工作地点：Richardson, TX
工作性质：Full-Time
Essential Job Responsibility:

- Manage implementation, day to day maintenance and improvement of web analytics and tagging systems, primarily within Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager platforms
- Define and track key performance indicators(KPI), monitor and analyze site and customer KPIs and provide strategic insights for all marketing efforts across various acquisition channels
- Build and manage Google Analytics dashboards so the entire organization can understand user behaviors, their performance by channel, device, campaigns and more
- Work closely with peers on the marketing team to identify analytics tracking and reporting requirements, manage best practices, and pro-actively spot any issues with data quality to improve customer experience
- Responsible for the development and preparation of reporting for a variety of marketing channels, site placements and campaigns on a weekly basis.
- Work with Product, IT and Marketing peers to build and manage in-house reporting and business intelligent tools, use personalization and AI technologies to improve site experience and performance
- Work with marketing to maintain and improve reporting on CPA/CAC and LTV, customer segmentation, activation and retention.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed, and other projects may be assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or relevant field.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a quantitative analysis role
- Experience with site analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or Omniture
- Proficiency with Excel and SQL
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Comfortable working with cleaning and organizing data and presenting it in clever and informative ways
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a meticulous attention to details.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
