A: No, but we highly recommend you do. We communicate member-only exclusive sales, promotions, and gifts to you via email. We also send your reward notifications and updates via email. Click here to adjust your email preferences.
A: Members get free ground shipping on all purchases made within the United States, no minimum purchase required.
A: You must log in when shopping online at Columbia.com. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your membership account.
A: You earn rewards on every purchase, every day! There will be opportunities to earn double, triple, or more rewards during special promotional events. You will receive notification of these events via email if you have opted in. Click here to make sure you are receiving updates to your inbox.
A: Every $100 spent gets you $5 in rewards. Earn rewards by:
A: Rewards become available as soon as your store purchase becomes finalized, or web order is fully shipped. This will typically only take a couple of days but in some cases, this may take up to 14 days.
A: Yes! You will earn $5 in rewards for every $100 you spend.
A: We have a rolling 6-month expiration period based on account activity. As long as your account sees regular purchase activity (within 6 calendar months), you will retain any earned rewards. Rewards will expire after 6 calendar months of inactivity.
A: You will be notified by email as soon as you earn $5 in rewards.

To redeem online, visit Columbia.com and log in to your account. Once you’re done shopping, you can easily apply your rewards in $5 increments when you check out. You will not need to enter any codes.

To redeem in Columbia US store, just provide the email address or phone number associated with your account at the checkout and the store associate will apply your available rewards to your purchase in $5 increments.
A: Yes! You can redeem your rewards in $5 increments at any time, so long as your order total is at least as much as your rewards. For example, if you spend $32 and you have $35 in rewards, you will only be able to apply $30 of rewards to your order. You will then pay the balance of $2 and will have $5 left in rewards to use on your next purchase.

  1. Log into your account at Columbia.com and go to "Account Info." Adjust your information as needed.
  2. If you need to adjust your shipping address, go to the "Addresses" tab.
